Meet the CSO Shop

Our ecosystem of experts have experience driving transformation within organizations across different sectors. No matter your need, we’ll help you find the right fit.

How We Work

We specialize in providing fractional* sustainability, impact, ESG, CSR, and human rights services. That means we’ll embed ourselves within your organization and work hand-in-hand with your teams to make sustainability work for you, no matter where you are on your journey. This might include…

  • ADVISING CEOS & BOARDS

We’ll help you gain the confidence and know-how to lead your teams and organization on ESG, sustainability and social impact.

  • DEVELOPING ESG STRATEGIES

No matter where you are on your start-up journey, there’s work to be done to prepare for the next stage of success. We’ll help you map out where you are and where you need to be to align with your business growth goals.

  • COACHING JUNIOR STAFF

Due to a talent gap of senior leaders in sustainability, this function is often run by less experienced but equally passionate members of an organization. We can provide the coaching and mentorship needed to ensure their success and growth.

  • TRAINING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL STAKEHOLDERS

Sustainability doesn’t succeed in a silo. We will help build the appropriate team structures to support your sustainability goals and objectives.
